SEForm.org is an on-line system, developed by MKSolutions, that supports the School Development Plan by linking actions to the School Self-Evaluation Form.

Self Evaluation Form

• Links your Self Evaluation Form to your School Development Plan
• School Development Actions can be evaluated and the Self Evaluation Form updated.
• Future actions can be identified and logged.
• An evidence tray links with each Self Evaluation Section and recognises systems already in place, indicating location and providing a clear audit trail.
